Hi Nick,I emailed Aaron this evening so we will see if I get a response/resolution from him. I have tried Hemi-Sync and other brainwave entrainment audios. I also tried Dr. Teri Mahaney’s Super Sleep audios, but I could never fall asleep listening to her music which is supposed to keep your brain in theta. That is what led me to the NP3. I really like the simplicity of having all the functions on one program the way NP3 provides, and the fact that it is fully customizable. I currently do not own any audio editing software.

I will let you know if my NP3 issue ever gets resolved. I do know that that I would be very reluctant to buy anything from Brain.fm, given my experience with the total lack of support on the NP3. I am also a frustrated owner of a Transparent Corp product, Mind Workstation Professional.
